Basic Troubleshooting Guide for Military-style cabinets

Lock Rod Hub broken on Gen 1 Model 84 Cabinets - Over time, the clamp on the back of the handle can become worn or sometimes snap if cranked too hard

1.  This is a warranted part and we can replace it. We will need your original order date and customer, shipping address and how many (if more than one) of the lock rod hubs are broken. Please Contact Support.

1824 Lock/Handle Holes Are Not Lining Up

1.  Make sure it is on a level surface

2.  Make sure if it is bolted down that the bolts are not forcing the cabinet off square (front-back/left-right). This can be done by loosening the bolts one turn at a time and seeing if the lock holes are now lined up.
