FAQ: How do Loyalty Points Work?

When you sign up to join “The Pack” you will receive loyalty points on your next order.  You will also receive special emails letting you know when and how you can earn double, triple, or special discounts with your points.  

Loyalty Points are good for 6 months.  If you received points in lieu of store credit and you do not see them in your account, please let us know.
