FAQ - What if My Package is Late or Lost?
How to track your package and get a status update:
If your order hasn't arrived per the projected delivery date on the carrier’s website, please allow the carrier one(1) additional business day past the delivered scan (Monday-Friday) before contacting support.
Orders with multiple packages may be delivered on different dates and/or from different carriers:
- For freight delivery please click HERE
- For FedEx, UPS and USPS please track packages via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please contact support.
NOTE: Please be sure to check around for your package; some carriers leave packages in hidden places so they cannot be seen from the street. Also, check to see if someone else, like a neighbor or an Apartment Office Manager, accepted delivery on your behalf.
