FAQ: Shipping Time and Tracking Information
How long will it take to ship my purchase?
Please also be advised that while we will make every effort to process and ship your order in a timely manner, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates and times. Once your order is shipped out, we will provide you with product tracking details.
After your order ships, you will receive a separate email with the tracking information.
Please use the below chart to calculate the lead time and expected shipping times:

Orders containing multiple items may be delivered at different times:
- Agile Quad Kits will ship from our warehouse via a Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight shipment.
- Answer cabinets will ship from our warehouse via a Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight shipment.
- DoD military cabinets are custom-built. They will have a lead time of approximately 30 business days, plus transit time from El Paso, Texas via a Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight shipment.
- On Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight shipments, you must be available to inspect, accept, and sign for your pallet of products. The carrier will contact you directly to set up a delivery appointment to ensure you will be available to do so.
- Note: Your accessories may be shipped via UPS and arrive earlier than your safe
