Answer™ Gun Safes will be shipped LTL and delivered to the first dry place at your home’s ground level, not crossing the exterior threshold.  This may include the garage, front porch, or front door. Delivery by stairs is not included.

All other Standard LTL shipped products, such as MilSpec Gun Cabinets, Agile™ Quad Kits, and select Gun Wall Kits will only be curbside delivery.

If your home/delivery location contains any of the following:

•                 Gated community, ferry-only access, restricted bridges
•                 Lengthy driveways with tight turns
•                 Extremely rural areas
•                 Stairways or steps
•                 Restricted/difficult to access areas
•                 Any unusual requirements or hazards

Please contact us HERE prior to placing your order, so that we can ensure proper delivery accommodations can be arranged.

For All Deliveries - You MUST be available to inspect, accept, and sign for your pallet of products. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment to ensure you, or someone over the age of 18, will be available to accept and sign for your pallet(s). Debris removal and/or unpacking are not included with your delivery.

After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information. Please refer to the chart below to calculate the anticipated lead times for delivery

Note: Your accessories may be shipped via UPS and arrive earlier than your safe.
