Fast Box - FAQs and Basic Troubleshooting Guide
Electronic Lock Not Working - In most cases it is the battery.
1. Make sure you are using a brand-new Duracell or Energizer 9V battery. The battery compartment is under the silver “SecureIt - Fast Box” plaque on the inside of the door. You can use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove it and replace the battery.
***Note: Be sure to use a name-brand Duracell or Energizer battery and DO NOT use Lithium/Ion batteries. Off brands do not always put out a full 9 volts and Lithium batteries will put off too much voltage and DAMAGE the lock.***
2. Try resetting your code using the red reset button (located on the back side of the door) How to Reset the Code
3. If you are unable to get into your Fast Box, please DO NOT crank the handle. It will result in severe damage to the internal mechanism in the door and void the warranty. Please contact Support for assistance.
